GECR is a member of the financial services group, Rivington Street Holdings plc, and although a more recent entrant to the independent equity research market, it has the most extensive distribution platform to active investors, whether private client or institutional, who are seeking small and mid-cap growth opportunities.
Why We Do It
Small and mid-cap quoted companies, that is those with a market capitalisation of less than £300m, do not receive the coverage that they deserve because they do not generate sufficient brokerage commissions to fund research. Consequently, their investment rating falls, the bid/offer widens and liquidity dries up, which makes raising additional growth capital very expensive.
GECR’s research helps reverse these effects by actively raising a Company’s profile with active investors.
